HOW DO WE SHIP

We normally ship DHL for packages under 16oz, USPS / DHL / FedEx for over 16oz based on size / weight / location, and FedEx for international shipments.

IF YOU SELECT FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED FED-EX:

We will take the payment from you over the phone using our mobile terminal. After the payment has been approved, we will staple your receipt to the order invoice and take it back to the shipping department to ship out as soon as possible. There should not be any delays, unless it is after 4:30PM central time when Fed Ex has already left our facility.

 

NORMAL SHIPPING

When an order is placed, it usually takes between 1 and 7 days from the date of purchase to ship out an order. If there is a pre-ordered item on the order, the order will not ship until the pre-ordered item is released and ready to ship. So be sure to check the pages with your items on it when ordering, so you don't miss the information stating the item or items are pre-ordered items.

 

How long does it take to ship out if I order now?
We normally ship out within 24 hours. However due to the overwhelming amount of orders that we have received our grunts are a few days behind. We are working very hard to get each and every order out as soon as possible. If you want to check the status of your order you can give us a call at 1-877-55GRUNT. 

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, only Illinois residents are responsible for sales tax.

 

Are Grunt Style Custom shirts covered under the Beer Guarantee?
Yes, GSC item shirts are covered under the Beer Guarantee and are replaced as inventory allows. Be advised, there may be instances where exact items cannot be reproduced. However, exchanges of equal or lesser value are accepted. Exchanges do not include PRE-ORDER products.

Will my shirt look exactly like what appears on my computer?

What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed shirt. We do our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive. However, due to color schemes and changes made by personally owned computer screens, we cannot 100% guarantee colors of garment, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online.

 

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Your credit card statement will show Grunt Style, LLC. as the charge.

Can I pay by check/money order?
Not at this time.

What size should I buy?
Please view the sizing page for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style.



If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

 

How should I care for my items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt for orders not containing a pre-order item. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups; so your order should arrive within 2-5 days.



What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail. If we must back order an item that is part of a larger order, the items we do have in stock will ship and the backordered item will ship when we have them back in stock.



What does (Pre-order Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock.



Can I return an Item?
Of course! At any time, for any reason, just send it back with your return information and as long as we have the item in stock, we will replace it for you at any time for any reason. This is our beer guarantee. If we no longer carry that item for any reason, we can replace it with a similar item at price to your preference.

 

How secure is my credit card?
Very Secure.  We strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.
