Q.  What is the Beer Guarantee?

A.  It's our Lifetime warranty. Your Grunt Style clothing is covered for life. Including tears, holes, loose threads, beer stains, and even blood stains from defending the American flag from terrorists. Need a different size? Just send it back to us including the size you need.


Q.  Are custom or discontinued shirt covered by the Beer Guarantee?

A.  Yes, Custom and discontinued shirts are covered under the Beer Guarantee. We will do our best to get you the same shirt. In case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for a Grunt Style shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value!


Q.  "Where do I send my Beer Guarantee?"

Q.  “I ordered the wrong size, can I get the right size?”

A.  Just send your item back to us, and let us know what size you need. We've got you covered.


Q.  “My shirt was lost/stolen, can I still Beer Guarantee it?”

A.  Unfortunately, we do need the item sent back to us to honor the Beer Guarantee.


Q.  “Can I just get a refund?”

A. Grunt Style will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Grunt Style discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.


Q.  “Will you send me a return label to send my Beer Guarantee to you?”

A.  You will need to cover the shipping when sending your Beer Guarantee to Grunt Style. We will cover the shipping when we send your new shirt.


Q.  “How long does it take to process my Beer Guarantee?”

A.  Once we receive your Beer Guarantee in the mail you can expect to hear from our team within 72 hours to begin your process.


Q.  “How will I know you received my Beer Guarantee?”

A.  When sending us your package, make sure you get a tracking number. This will be the number one way to make sure we receive it. Grunt Style is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us. Once we receive you Beer Guarantee you will hear from our team within 72 hours.


Q.  “I bought my Grunt Style shirt from a 3rd party, can I still do a Beer Guarantee?”

A.  As long as the 3rd party is one that is Authorized by Grunt Style we can still process the Beer Guarantee. Please include the order number and the name of the company you purchased it from on your Beer Guarantee form when you send us your package.
